Welcome to ELLEVENS FOR GLASSES REPAIRING (“we,” “us,” “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and any purchase of products (“Products”) from us.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase from us.

 

1. DEFINITIONS

  • “Customer,” “you,” “your”: any person using the Site or purchasing Products.
  • “Products”: sunglasses, accessories, cases or any other items sold by us.
  • “Order”: a request to purchase Products placed through the Site.
  • “Site”: any website operated by ELLEVENS FOR GLASSES REPAIRING.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

  • All Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by ELLEVENS FOR GLASSES REPAIRING.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any Order at our discretion (e.g., out of stock, payment issues, suspected fraud).
  • Once an Order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when the Order is shipped.

 


4. PRICES & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices exclude shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, or any additional charges unless specified.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available at checkout.
  • If payment is not successful, we may cancel the Order.


 


5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • ELLEVENS FOR GLASSES REPAIRING ships within the UAE and internationally to selected countries.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the carrier marks the shipment as delivered.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

 


6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

  • For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country.
  • ELLEVENS FOR GLASSES REPAIRING has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for details.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 


7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange subject to the following:



7.1 Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
  • The Product must be in perfect condition, unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • If the item is not in perfect condition, ELLEVENS FOR GLASSES REPAIRING reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange and no refund will be issued.


7.2 Process

  • You must contact us via email before sending any return. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item).


 

7.3 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.


7.4 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days if the item is in perfect condition.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


7.5 Final Sale Items

  • Sale or discounted items may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.


8. WARRANTY (3-MONTH DEFECT COVERAGE)

ELLEVENS FOR GLASSES REPAIRING offers a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing or production defects only.

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Scratches, breakage, or damage caused by improper handling
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund the Product at our discretion. Proof of purchase is required.


 

9. PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting.
  • Minor variations that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.

 


10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, designs, images, text, product names, and content on the Site are the intellectual property of ELLEVENS FOR GLASSES REPAIRING or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Your continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

16. SEVERABILITY
